In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 86jil. By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 86jil platform, You irrevocably agree to these Terms in full. If You do not agree with any provision herein, You must not register for or use the 86jil platform.

86jil accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any account balance to another person under any circumstances.

86jil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the Philippine payment methods listed on the Cashier page of the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or any other identity;
• Using software, bots, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits, false disputes with payment providers, or exploitation of system errors;
• Collusion with other Players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity;

All content on the 86jil platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, trademarks, and service marks — is the proprietary intellectual property of 86jil or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 86jil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit You to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 86jil;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform;
• Use 86jil's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform for any commercial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 86jil's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their 86jil account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

86jil expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures that are outside 86jil's reasonable control, including third-party network failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Decisions made by Players regarding game strategy, bet sizing, or timing — gambling is inherently a risk-based activity and 86jil is not responsible for gambling losses.

86jil is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at no charge from within the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits — set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which further wagering is suspended for the period;

• A Player is found to have been under the age of 21 at any time during the account's operation;
• A Player has breached the one-account policy;

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, 86jil may withhold any balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation. Real-money funds not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after investigation, subject to applicable withholdings and any legal obligations.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 86jil support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after completion of final identity verification. Bonus Funds expire immediately upon voluntary account closure.

• Step 3 — PAGCOR: If You remain unsatisfied following 86jil's internal escalation process, you may refer the dispute to PAGCOR through their official player complaint channel. PAGCOR's determination is binding on 86jil as the licensing authority.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13 above. PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the relevant regulatory authority is recognised and preserved.

86jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the revised Terms on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Where 86jil makes material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notification on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered Players. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the amended Terms, You must cease using the platform and may close Your account in accordance with Section 12.
